The 95-gallon cart is for your household garbage. This garbage will be emptied once weekly.
Household garbage includes any waste generated on a daily basis. This excludes vehicle parts, hazardous waste, liquid paint, motor oil, or other unacceptable materials.
Following are important items concerning the pickup of your household garbage. Please read carefully:
ALL WASTE SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE CART. If you have a bag or two more try to fit it in your can even if the can lid is open slightly.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE YOUR CONTAINER AT THE CURB THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR PICK UP DAY.
An example of how the cart should be placed at the curb for pick up is below. Please help us follow these guidelines. (Follow the arrows on the top of the containers).
MAKE SURE THE HANDLE IS FACING TOWARD YOUR HOME AND THE CART IS WITHIN 2 FEET OF THE CURB (on major highways no further than 8 feet from the roadway). THE CART SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 FEET FROM ANY OBSTACLE (MAILBOX, BUSH, ETC).

Here are a few helpful hints for maintaining your container: Carts should be rinsed out periodically to help maintain sanitary conditions. (A small scoop of laundry detergent put in the cart and rinsed out with the water hose from time to time works great.) If you have a damaged cart, simply call our offices (770-716-1899) and we will replace it or repair it.
The cart has a serial number that has been assigned to your specific address. If you plan to move, Please contact our offices at 770-474-9273 to inform us when you will be moving so the cart can be credited from your account.
